How the partner portal works

The Elon Hotels Partner Portal is your central hub for managing your property listing, rooms, pricing and bookings. The setup process follows a straightforward multi-step wizard that guides you through each required section.

Free to List

There are no upfront fees. Commission applies only on confirmed bookings.

Reviewed Before Going Live

All properties go through a brief review to maintain quality standards.

Instant email and dashboard alerts for every new booking and status update.

Step 1: List Your Property

Set up your property's basic information

The property listing wizard walks you through 7 steps. Each step saves progress automatically so you can return and continue at any time.

Property Type

Select the category that best describes your property — Hotel, Villa, Apartment, or other types.

Basic Details

Enter your property name, star rating and a compelling description for your listing page.

Property Images

Upload your property's main photo gallery. High-quality images significantly increase booking conversion.

Location & Contact

Enter your full address, pin your location on the interactive map, and add phone, email, website and social media.

Amenities & Policies

Select available amenities, set check-in/check-out times, and define your cancellation and house policies.

Room Types

Add all room types. Each room type has its own capacity, pricing, amenities, images and rate plans.

Submit for Review

Review a summary of your property and submit for approval. Our team verifies within 24–48 hours.

Pro Tip: You can save your progress at any step and return later. Your draft property is automatically saved when you click Save & Continue.

Step 2: Add Room Types

Configure all the room categories your property offers

Room types represent the different categories of accommodation at your property. Each room type has independent settings for capacity, pricing, amenities and images.

Room Images: After saving a room type, use the Images button in the room type table to upload photos specific to that room. Room images appear on the booking page alongside room details.

Step 3: Set Up Rate Plans

Define pricing for different guest configurations

Rate plans allow you to price each room differently based on how many adults and children are in the booking. The system automatically displays the correct price to each guest.

Best Practice: Always set a Default Plan. Create separate plans for every common guest combination (e.g. 1 Adult, 2 Adults, 2 Adults + 1 Child) so guests always see accurate pricing.

Step 4: Property & Room Images

Showcase your property with high-quality photos

Images are the most important factor in a guest's booking decision. Properties with professional photos receive significantly more bookings.

Property Images

Photos of exterior, lobby, pool, dining areas and common spaces. Added during the Property Images step of the listing wizard.

Room Type Images

Photos specific to each room (bedroom, bathroom, view). Added via the Images button in the Room Types table.

Image Guidelines

Use high-resolution photos (minimum 1280 × 720 px recommended)
Ensure rooms are well-lit and tidy before photographing
Include at least 5 property images and 3 images per room type
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
Avoid using watermarked or stock photos

Step 5: Manage Bookings

Track and respond to reservations

Once your property is live, bookings will appear in the Bookings section of the dashboard. You will also receive email notifications for every new reservation.

Booking List

View all reservations for your properties. Filter by date, status or property name.

Booking Details

Click any booking to see full guest info, room type, check-in/out dates and total paid.

Notifications

Receive instant email alerts for new bookings, cancellations and any status changes.

Revenue Tracking

Monitor occupancy and revenue metrics from your dashboard to understand performance trends.

Step 6: Profile & Settings

Keep your account information up to date

Your profile section lets you manage personal account details. Keeping information current ensures smooth communication and payment processing.

Personal Information

Update your name, contact email and phone number.

Password & Security

Change your login password and manage security settings.

Notification Preferences

Choose which events trigger email or dashboard alerts.

Linked Properties

View all properties associated with your partner account.
